Statement of Faith / What We Believe
We believe the Bible is the inspired, infallible Word of God, and the final authority in all matters of faith and life.
We believe in one God, enternally existing in three persons -- Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God, fully God and fully man, who lived a sinless life, died for our sins, rose again, and will return.
We believe salvation is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone. It is a gift, not earned by works.
We believe in the present work of the Holy Spirit, who convicts, regenerates, guides, empowers, and comforts believers.
We believe the universal church is the body of Christ, called to worship God, make disciples, and serve humanity.
We believe in water baptism by immersion and regular remembrance of the Lord's Supper as acts of obedience and worship.
We believe Jesus will return to judge the living and the dead, and to establish His enternal kingdom.
We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost -- those who are saved to enternal life and those who are lost to enternal separation from God.

My Journey to Jesus
I grew up in a poor and broken family in Uganda. My early childhood was marked by pain and confusion. When I was still very young, my mother had serious misunderstandings with my father and eventually left, leaving behind me and my little sister. At that time, I was too young to understand what was happening.
As I grew older, I found myself living with a stepmother who didn’t treat me well. Life became difficult and lonely. After nearly eight years, my stepmother also left the family due to similar misunderstandings. By then, I had more siblings and was forced to take on responsibility far beyond my age. I had to care for my younger brothers and sisters while still trying to attend school and survive each day.
Despite these challenges, God was working behind the scenes. Through the pain and brokenness, I began to hunger for something more, something true, something lasting. Eventually, I encountered the love of Jesus Christ through people who shared the Gospel with me. His love touched my heart and opened my eyes. Jesus became real to me — not just a religious idea, but a Savior who saw me, loved me, and gave me hope. I gave my life to Him, and my heart was healed. He gave me strength, peace, and purpose.
Today, I live to serve Him and help others discover the same hope I found. My desire is to reach people from every walk of life — especially those who feel forgotten or lost — so they can know they are seen, loved, and called by God.
If Jesus could reach me, He can reach anyone.

Real Life Testimony From Shamiso
Shamiso is a 24-year-old woman from Zimbabwe whose journey is marked by deep loss, resilience, and unwavering faith. Her mother passed away when she was just 9 years old. She never met her father and grew up with a painful sense of confusion — wondering who she was and where she came from.
At age 13, she gave her life to Christ. Through insults, rejection, and emotional struggles, her relationship with Jesus became her source of strength and healing.
By God’s grace, Shamiso received a scholarship from Higherlife Foundation and graduated in 2023 with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology. Her passion to change society’s mindset toward orphans and disadvantaged children led her to this field.
